Twist selected for the ADI Design Index 2026

Twist selected for the ADI Design Index 2026

The furnishing system by Plust Collection, designed by BrogliatoTraverso, joins the “Design for Living” category: the first step on the path towards the XXX Compasso d’Oro ADI 2028.

We were delighted to attend the presentation of the ADI Design Index 2026, which includes Twist among the projects selected by the ADI Permanent Design Observatory. A source of pride for Plust Collection and an acknowledgement of the value of the research we pursue every day alongside our designers.

An armchair, a bench and a planter, yet also a sculptural object: Twist, designed by BrogliatoTraverso, explores different ways of inhabiting space. Created for public and private settings, both indoors and outdoors, it can be arranged in a variety of compositions, adapting to different contexts and functions, from residential spaces to installations and urban furniture. Users can move, reconfigure and illuminate the system themselves, taking an active role in shaping their surroundings.

The ADI Design Index publication and exhibition showcase some of the most significant developments in contemporary Italian design. Alongside aesthetic quality, the selection considers innovation, function, materials, technologies, sustainability, accessibility and interaction with users.

Twist’s inclusion in the “Design for Living” category recognises research that brings together expressive form, versatility and compositional freedom: design that gives spaces character and responds to the needs of those who use them.

Selection for the ADI Design Index 2026 marks the first step on the path towards the XXX Compasso d’Oro ADI, scheduled for spring 2028.
